When I test a new shop I usually start with one or two items instead of a huge order. I try to look for real photos of the insoles and soles, not only the outside of the shoe. If many different people say the same thing about a product, it is worth paying attention.

Forums, blogs and communities create a kind of collective memory for shoppers. If tracking never updates for weeks, I start to worry about the order. A simple and honest answer like 鈥渨e do not have that option鈥?is better than marketing fluff. Over the last months I noticed that some of my favorite items are not the most expensive ones. For example, I compared cotton, polyester and mixed fabrics for similar clothing items. I try to look for real photos of the insoles and soles, not only the outside of the shoe. In the end there is no perfect shop, but some stores are clearly more consistent. I also pay attention to return policy and customer service response time.
