If buyers say the item runs small or large, I always adjust my choice accordingly. Sometimes a store looks great in ads but the real product is completely different. I also like when stores show real photos without heavy editing or strange angles. From my experience, communication with the store can tell you a lot. Jewelry is another category where quality can be very different from photos.

Online shops that show detailed measurements and care instructions usually get my attention. I also pay attention to return policy and customer service response time. For fashion and clothing I pay attention to fabric thickness and stitching details. This is why I like reading and posting on forums and community websites. For daily use items I try to balance price, build quality and real user feedback. The same is true for metal versus acetate frames for glasses. Nobody wants pretty shoes that hurt after ten minutes of walking.
