Sometimes a store looks great in ads but the real product is completely different. Taking a few minutes to research before buying can save a lot of money and frustration. I think this is one of the few real advantages we have compared to shopping blindly. This is why I like reading and posting on forums and community websites.

Cheap frames can look nice at first but bend easily or become loose after a few weeks. Reviews that mention long term use are more valuable than comments written on day one. If they reply politely and give detailed answers, I feel more relaxed. I recently tried a few different online shops and wanted to share my experience. People who share height and weight information make it easier to choose the right size.
