In the end there is no perfect shop, but some stores are clearly more consistent. If the first order goes well, I slowly try more products from the same place. Jewelry is another category where quality can be very different from photos. Some charts are very generic and do not match real measurements at all.

From my experience, communication with the store can tell you a lot. I enjoy reading threads where people honestly share what worked and what failed for them. If tracking never updates for weeks, I start to worry about the order. I prefer simple designs that do not depend only on heavy filters in the pictures.
